2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 696 of 2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his son causing injury to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is father of the petitioner and runs a PDS shop and does not want to give land and other benefits to the petitioner. On the date of occurrence, due to family dispute, brother of the petitioner started abusing the petitioner in which some scuffle took place between both the brothers and when

It is further submitted that petitioner has two criminal antecedents in which he is on bail and the same belongs to Sections 323 and 379 of the I.P.C. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 696 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
