The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.481 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the post mortem report in which it has come that the deceased was killed by throttling her neck, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are
