JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Saur Bazar (Pastpar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2020 dated 07.06.2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases registered with regard to the incident. The FIR registered by the petitioners is under Sections 307, 354 B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code while the allegation against the petitioners are under Sections 447, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22769 of 2021(3) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration that there are cross cases and the petitioners have suffered injuries, I am inclined to grant the petitioners on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest they shall be released, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
