2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 375 of 2023 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 13.03.2023 by the informant Bipin Kumar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that upon secret information, during patrolling that the petitioner and other accused persons are involved in liquor business on a stolen motorcycle. The house was raided, the motorcycles recovered and in which there was also recovery/seizure of the liquor. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner although

No.20064 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 initially submitted that the motorcycle belongs to him and he is ready to submit paper at the time of release, if granted relief, subsequently he changed track and submitted that two motorcycles were recovered/seized out of which he is owner of one of the motorcycle.

5. In view of the contradictory submissions made, this Court does not deem it fit and proper to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U T
