1. Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 15423 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 09.12.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that defects pointed out by the stamp reporter has been removed except defects in respect of Annexures - P/1, P/3 & P/4 which relates to documents which are under the custody of the
Patna High Court MJC No.455 of 2026(3) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 department and the department is not furnishing the same and due to that the defects could not be removed on time.
4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case bearing CWJC No. 15423 of 2025 is restored to its original file subject to compliance of the aforesaid peremptory order within one week after summer vacation.
