For the Petitioner/s : None.
For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kamlesh Kishore, AC to GP-2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioners in support of the present writ petition. Learned A.C. to G.P. 2 appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioners are misconceived and untenable; and if they want rent receipts with respect to certain lands, then they are required to approach the competent authority under the relevant laws, but that has not been done in the present case. Therefore, according to him, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed at the very threshold. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
