This writ application, filed on behalf of the petitioner, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is directed against the order dated 10.04.2013 passed in Divorce Case No.110 of 2011, whereby Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar, disposed of the application dated 14.02.2013 filed on behalf of the opposite partyRespondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act with a direction to the plaintiff-petitioner to give Rs.2250/- per month to the opposite party-Respondent by way of maintenance from the date of filing of the application.
3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to abuse of the process of the court for
Patna High Court CWJC No.12200 of 2013 dt.29-09-2016 2/2 interference with the same in an extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
