Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections341, 323, 506, 376 and 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that the informant Puja Kumari was married to one Sonu Rai and out of the said wedlock she got two sons. Sonu Rai died in the year 2019. It is further alleged that her brother-in-law (Dewar) forcibly made physical relation with her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while denying the allegations, submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to grab his

Moreover, the date of occurrence alleged to be from 12.06.2012 to 22.08.2019, but the informant lodged this case on 18.07.2022 after long delay without any plausible explanation. The petitioner is separate in mess and property. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Saran in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 66 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
