====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No.58 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Saufi Liquor, from the possession of each of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in custody since 06.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17547 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Excise Case No.58 of 2018.
