The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is a case of recovery of one liter country made wine from the roof of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that meager quantity has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
