In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bairagania P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the present case, the allegation has been made that the victim lady was married with the present petitioner and, later on, she was killed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim lady has died on account of her illness but, the postmortem report shows that there is a violation mark made on the body of the victim lady.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11070 of 2020(4) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, above named.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 1.5 years from the date of normal court proceeding.
