JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Taking into consideration that in huge quantity contraband items have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and petitioner allegedly, managed to escape from his house at the time of raid, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014
