Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that after 15 years of marriage, the petitioner and other inlaws committed murder of the wife of the petitioner for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Submission is that presumption of dowry death is not there nor there is any eye witness of the occurrence. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17432 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bijaipur Police Station Case No.28 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
