The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that hot exchange of words took place in between the parties. Allegedly, the accused persons took out left eye of father of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. According to the victim, six persons are said to have assaulted. As per injury report, there is single injury, caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11670 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 is said to be one of the persons, who assaulted father of the informant. The other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate benches of this court vide orders dated 30-05-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21826 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2018.
