16-02-2017 At the very outset, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 22 as well as Sri Dhanendra Chaubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Accountant General, Bihar submit that the grievance, which was raised in the present writ petition, has already been redressed. Learned State counsel, by way of referring to fact disclosed in the counter affidavit, submits that all the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. Even, difference of the Gratuity amount, that was eight thousand & odd, has also been paid.

The submission made by learned counsel for the State was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, nor any

Patna High Court CWJC No.5311 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed. Accordingly, in view of facts and circumstances, there is no reason to keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

It goes without saying that if still petitioner feels that any grievance exists, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
