This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner about 22 liters of liquor was recovered. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody 03.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody,, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jiya
