JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel representing the State, and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 917 of 2012 in which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to compromise the case and he is ready to return Rs. 30,000/- to the complainant, though he does not admit that he has received the said amount and on this ground it is submitted that the petitioner be granted pre-arrest bail to which

In the facts and circumstances stated above, in case the petitioner above named deposits a bank draft of Rs. 30,000/- payable to the complainant before the court below and surrenders and seeks regular bail within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order then he shall be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of the court below itself on the same day and the bank draft so deposited by the petitioner will be handed over to the complainant and both will file compromise petition accordingly.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
