No.12974 of 2017, whereunder the petitioner was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.483 of 2013, arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No.122 of 2011.
