JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ramkrishnagar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), (iii), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in this case by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50308 of 2021 but he could not furnish his bail bonds as he was accused in another case and he has gone behind bar. Considering the aforesaid facts, this regular bail application is allowed.
