No.18617 of 2013.Today, this Court has allowed the said criminal miscellaneous application.

For the same reason, this application is also allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.329 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
