The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363A, 366A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 17.09.2015 at 4.00 A.M. the daughter of the informant went to ease outside when she was abducted by co-accused Faiyaz Shah Sai with the held of the petitioners. It is also alleged that on search of the house it was found that rupees one lakh was missing. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8975 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 2/2 petitioners that, though, 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim has been recorded by learned court below where she has not alleged anything against the petitioners. The petitioners are the parents of the main accused and doctor has assessed the age of the victim between 17-18 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
