The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 59/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while taking away calf of the complainant.

The petitioner is in jail since 21.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for about 02 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III,
