1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of a writ/writs in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs to quash the order vide Memo No- 263 Dated 15/05/2023 issued under signature of Respondent No- 3 (As contained in Annexure 6) whereby and where under the petitioner has been removed from his past of Amin which is highly illegal arbitrary unconstitutional hence fit to be set aside.

(b). For That the Respondent particularly

Patna High Court CWJC No.3837 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 Respondent authority concern may be further directed to reinstate the petitioner with immediate effect without any hindrance.

(c). For that the Respondents may be further directed to not create any hindrance in discharge of the duty by petitioner.

(d). For that Respondent may be further directed to after in Reinstatement of the petitioner on his post the all consequential reliefs may be granted to petitioner for which the petitioner is legally entitled."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15.05.2023, passed by the Collector, East Champaran at Motihari, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits by the appellate authority and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
