The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the FIR, the motorcycle of the informant was looted by three unknown miscreants on 13th May, 2014, for which a case was registered against unknown and in course of investigation name of the petitioner was disclosed by a co-accused, who divulged that the petitioner was one of the miscreants involved in the crime of looting the motorcycle in

Regard being had to the seriousness of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
