2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Khudawa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was found travelling in a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 21.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15320 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Aurangabad Khudawa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023.
