Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade and the criminal antecedent disclosed in para 3 of the bail petition are cases wherein the petitioner is not named in the FIR and has been dragged during investigation of the case. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11895 of 2019(3) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwariya Police Station Case No. 152 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
