The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.388 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 498A, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the fact that there is old marriage between the petitioner and informant and payment has been made by the petitioner to her, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
