====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted husband of the informant by means of rod and took away Rs. 2,000/- from his pocket.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that injury caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of 7 days and there is no explanation for the same.

Considering the delay in lodging the F.I.R. and simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is

No.15277 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P. S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
