This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273, 120B and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 28(2), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2016 with allegation that he was involved in carrying liquor on a four wheeler.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a mechanic and was mending the car. More over, he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten
