JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No. 310 of 2017 registered under Sections 395 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that neither idol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP and only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name by coaccused Ashok Ram and idol was recovered from a hut of Bikau Yadav and petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sirtaz Ansari alias Sirtaj, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
