Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 166(A), 167 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 51 and 52 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
