This application for regular bail arises out of Panjwara P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 of this application, in my opinion, a case for grant of regular bail is made out. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,
