JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chausa (Faulat) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura is again rejected on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 27.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37011 of 2016.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25038 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
