The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18387 of 2020, Cr. Misc. No. 1880 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 77609 of 2019, which is evident from the annexures annexed with the supplementary affidavit, and the case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10863 of 2020(4) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.09.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019.
