2. The petitioner seeks bail registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband and petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No.286 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari.
