JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2021 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner today in Court which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.140 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Kaushal Singh @ Kaushal Kumar, Aklu Singh @ Akhilesh Singh and Amit Kumar @ Anil Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21952 of 2021.

No. 21952 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.140 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
