Mr. Parmanand Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, instituted under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the son of the informant, namely, Prince Kumar with purpose to marry him to a girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motives. Due to misconception between the parties this case has been lodged, however both the parties have compromised and the compromise petition has been filed before the learned Trial Court. Similarly situated co-accused, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14624 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 Dayanand Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IXth, Purnea vide order dated 21.02.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 130 of 2025. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
