Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018. Five litre of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13844 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Town Police Station Case No. 789 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
