Patna High Court CWJC No.4425 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/3 counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board.
On instruction, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board submits that the Bihar School examination Board will arrange special examination for the Petitioner nos. 1 to 6. So far as petitioner Babita Kumari is concerned, on instruction of the admit card, the Court finds that the admit card issued by the Board suffers from the same infirmity which is notice in relation to the other petitioners. The Bihar School Examination Board has issued admit card showing the R.P.S Sharma Institute of Technology, Saguna More, Danapur, Patna 1129, which indicates total non application of mind by the authorities in issuing the admit card, as there is nothing like R.P.S Sharma Institute of Technology. In addition thereto Patna 1129 is not in existence.
Similarity in the case of petitioner Babita Kumari the examination center is Devipad Choudhary Shahid Smarak (Millar) Uchcha Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Patna, 1122 in place of Bir Chand Patel Path, Patna. The discrepancy in the admit card has caused genuine difficulty in identifying the center and as such the Court directs the Bihar School Examination Board to arrange special examination of these petitioners within a month.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4425 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 3/3 The authorities of the Bihar School Examination Board are here cautioned that while issuing the admit card in future, they should be very particular in mentioning the detail of Examination Center to avoid inconvenience of the examinees in the examination.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
