This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me a order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77325 of 2019, by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Sakita Khatoon, has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77325 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11226 of 2020(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 2019, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S.
