Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2017 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 335 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Criminal Misc. 50563 of 2016 on 09.02.2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

On perusal of Anenxure-3, it appears that the charge has already been framed. It is also submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21967 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Monu be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional District Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2017 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 335 of 2016.
