1. This is an application for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 1254 of 2019, which stood dismissed for default vide order, dated 6th of February, 2024.

2. The application for restoration was filed well within the period of limitation on 8th of February, 2024.

3. It is stated by the petitioner that the learned Advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner was suffering from illness on 6th of February, 2024 and would not come to the Court. Therefore, the petition remained unrepresented.

4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and on perusal of the petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29346 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 restoration, this Court is of the view that the application should be allowed.

5. Accordingly, the application for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 1254 of 2019 is allowed.

6. The above-mentioned revision be restored to its original file.

7. The Revision Application be listed for hearing after summer vacation.
