Petitioners being parents and uncle of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim died due to accidental fire arm injury and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. Let learned Court below consider the prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8039 of 2015 (3) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioners, keeping in view the retracted version of the informant, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2011, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
