Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Bechu Singh @ Abhishek Kumar Singh was apprehended with a motorcycle. The aforesaid Bechu Singh disclosed that he got the motorcycle from two other persons. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was also riding the motorcycle on one point of time along with other two accused persons.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two
