Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Bihar School Examination Act.
Petitioner appeared in the examination impersonating himself as co-accused Rajbalav Yadav. Submission is that cheating by impersonation is a bailable offence.
Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18688 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Police Station Case No. 96 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
