2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 15 liters of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only being the registered owner of the seized motorcycle.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and petitioner is owner of the vehicle, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
