JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 There are adequate materials available on record to show that there is necessity to conduct a departmental enquiry against the petitioner. Though in normal course of things the University should have already taken steps for initiation and conclusion thereof within a reasonable time frame. Whatever be the reasons, counsel for the University now submits that there shall be no further delay on the issue and the University will ensure that the departmental proceeding will be initiated and completed within a period of four months.
The Court does not want to go into the details of the charges and the allegation or insinuation lest it prejudice the petitioner in any manner. No interference is warranted with the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5153 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 order of suspension but the time frame indicated by the counsel for the University must be adhered to.
