This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 20(b) (ii) (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The seizure list would reveal that ganja was recovered from possession of the passengers traveling in the auto-rickshaw being driven by the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.12.2016. Considering the fact that prima facie accusation is against the named accused persons, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 (G.R. No. 12 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8930 of 2017 (6) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 Special Judge, NDPS Act, Madhubani or successor Court.

Both the bailors shall be residents of territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
