This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similarly situated co-accused, Baleshwar Mahto and Lalita Devi, have already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16720 of 2017 on 19.04.2017. since, allegation against the petitioners is similar and prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by the learned Court below by the same impugned order, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2017 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S.
