The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.119 of 2018 registered under Section 30(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation against the petitioner is of creating nuisance in a drunken state. The petitioner was arrested by the informant and other police officials.
